The fifth installation of my medicinal and magical properties of herbs and spices not-so-mini-series is Cinnamon . I don't know about you but I tend to start the day off focussed and with the best intentions and then gradually slide down to complete dufis. This is why I like this one, cinnamon can go on just about every breakfast food, or even in your morning coffee and then you know you have at least done one thing right. Enjoy xoxo Babs
