Sometimes I share simple recipes on Instagram, but this one was so good I thought I have to share it here too, especially as this time of year kicks everyone's ass so hard. This is a co-smoothie (catchy right?) it's basically just a smoothie with espresso coffee in it. Take that 3pm slump.
One cup of coconut milk
Half a cup of frozen raspberries
One frozen banana
One tblsp of raw cacao
Two shots of coffee
A swig of maple syrup.
Blend it, blend it good. Then drink it standing at the kitchen counter while your kids trash the the house around you. And because it's Friday you can go ahead and add alcohol if you like.
